Festival coordinators are actively monitoring the weather forecast for Saturday, October 18.
In the event of severe weather, Day 2 of the festival may be relocated to Fire Station #1, located at 610 Caddo Street in downtown Arkadelphia. Conditions that may prompt this change include hail, lightning, high winds, and flash flooding.
A final decision will be announced by 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 18.
Regardless of any changes to the evening venue, all daytime festival activities—from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.—will proceed as planned in the Town Square lot. This includes workshops, live music, and vendor booths.
If the event is moved due to weather, live music will begin at 5:00 p.m. at Fire Station #1 and will follow the originally planned schedule:
- 5:00 – Jody Evans & Hollywood Road
- 6:30 – Mac Royals
- 8:30 – Graham Barham
